thanks for the input! your thoughts concur exactly with mine. Can the bieps be the prime mover for elbow extension.......... probably not. the triceps are not 'responsible' for the extension - the weight is - under control from the eccentric action of the biceps.
maybe the answer is ---- the weight is the prime mover.
but I'd really like to hear what others have to say..... so please do post.

I'm sure this probably started as an outline in Word or something, but it looks almost like poetry to have the bullet statements beginning with V and O and strange characters. I'm sure it will be changed over time, but I just wanted to comment that it looks quite interesting at the start.

Which of these organs has an almost absolute requirement for blood glucose as its energy source?

The liver is very good at making energy from a variety of sources, but the brain is not--it relies on glucose being brought through the blood-brain barrier. It is your brain that suffers when your blood glucose levels drop too low (hence, going into insulin shock).
