Day 12, Chapter 14: Heart stuff

A couple of things: For Part 1 there are NO SLIDES to look at while I talk. Sorry about that. You can open the pdf file attached at the bottom of this page and follow along. Also, Ch 13 was covered in more depth than Ch 14, and both were a bit disorganized. My apologies.

Part Two: Heart conduction, blood pressure, ECG

Note: This WAS going to be on Test 3, but we decided to move it to Test 4. Test 3 will "only" include senses, endocrine system, and muscles.

Day 5, Chapter 6: Interactions Between Cells and the Extracellular Environment

The recording did not work (at all)! I tried posting the slides as a pdf and learned the attachment must be no bigger than 1 MB. So, I tried dividing it into thirds, but it was still a bit too big! So, I eliminated some slides and used settings to minimize file size. It should look okay on screen, but won't print well. Anyway, the slides ARE available at the BOTTOM of this page as an attachment.

Day 4, Chapter 5: Cell Respiration and Metabolism

Introduction and Glycolysis
Krebs Cycle and Electron Transport Chain

Day 2, Chapter 3 Cell Structure and Genetic Control

Cell structure and function
Genetic regulation

Day 3, Chapter 4 Enzymes and Energy

Introduction to enzymes
Enzymes Part 2
